Your project data

Drawings, specifications, and bid documents you upload remain yours. We process them solely to provide the service to you and do not share them with other customers.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run Callout (for example, hosting and infrastructure vendors), when required by law, or with your direction — such as sending bid invitations to subcontractors you designate.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and thereafter as required for legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.
