Starter template — you already have a Callout Terms of Service document. Replace this text with that reviewed content (or have counsel confirm these terms) before relying on it.

These Terms govern your access to and use of Callout's software and services. By using Callout, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Callout provides pre-construction and bid-management tools, including scope breakdowns, trade bid forms, drawing review, and bid comparison. Callout is a decision-support tool; it does not replace professional judgment, and you remain responsible for reviewing and confirming all output before relying on it.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Your content

You retain ownership of the drawings, specifications, bids, and other materials you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, uploading unlawful content, or interfering with its operation or security.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." Callout's output — including scope items, code flags, and bid comparisons — is generated from the documents you provide and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for verifying all output. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Callout will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits or missed scope arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
